An individual consultant is assigned to each client to get to know its business and take responsibility for satisfying its recruitment needs. Candidates are also assigned to an individual consultant to represent them in their search. This enables us to provide candidates of the highest calibre, as we have spent time getting to know them, listening to them and actively sourcing the best and most suitable positions for them.

As we generate a huge amount of loyalty amongst our candidates with c50% of the candidates we place coming from recommendations and referrals, many of the candidates we submit will be dealing with us exclusively.
