gmk set up in 1998 and are now one of the UK’s leading legal
recruitment businesses. We specialise in placing lawyers at all levels
from newly qualified to partner. We are discreet, knowledgeable and
produce results. All of our consultants are ex lawyers, which gives
us a first hand understanding of what law firms and lawyers do.
We work on a contingent basis so that regardless of how much work
we put in, if we don’t make a placement we don’t charge a fee.
Our clients include all the major law firms in London and the South.
Additionally we act for various firms internationally in Europe, the
Middle East and Asia, and our financial services division acts for many
of the leading banks in the UK and overseas.
Over the years we have adopted the policy of only submitting details
of candidates who match a job specification and who are suitable for
interview. Our ethos is a quality rather than quantity approach.
As we generate a huge amount of loyalty amongst our candidates with
over 50% of the candidates we place coming from recommendations
and referrals, many of the candidates we submit will be dealing with
us exclusively.
